FAQ

What's the normal life expectancy of an appliance?

A general rule of thumb for a good appliance is around 10 years.

Why repair instead of replace?

Overall, repairing appliances instead of replacing them can save you money, reduce waste, preserve quality, offer convenience, and maintain familiarity with your existing appliances. It's a sustainable and practical choice that benefits both your wallet and the environment.

What should you do before fixing an electrical appliance?

Always make sure to prevent any possible injuries or further damages. Disconnect all power and water sources.

What is the difference between repair and fixing?

Both verbs mean to put something that is broken or damaged back into good condition. Often, we use “fix” and “repair” interchangeably, which means either word can be used. But the verb “fix” is much more common in everyday speech. Generally, we use “repair” when we want to sound more formal.

Is it cheaper to repair or replace?

In most cases it is much cheaper to repair something than to replace it. In some cases though the later may make more sense. We go by the 50% rule. If your repair is 50% or more than the cost to replace we may recommend replacement. Don't worry though we can also help with new appliance setup.

Do you have SAME DAY service options.
